* Starbucks will raise property values and bring in non-locals and wealthier customers. Long term, this will increase rent nad push out lower income residents

* Will lead to more congested traffic near 26th & Albany

* SB takes business away from local bakeries and coffee shops

* SB has a history of union busting

* SB supports Israel and genocide
