How to plan a campaign and win. If you are running a campaign or starting a new one, join us in this five-part interactive workshop where you will learn tangible skills to develop a successful campaign. Experienced organizers wil share their knowledge, and as we learn together, there will be space for questions and feedback.

Salon Kawakib proudly presents a day of inspiration, learning, and community at our Anniversary Workshop series in Chicago!

Join us for “How to Run a Campaign and Win,” a day of skill-sharing sessions focused on political education.

In designing this workshop, we were inspired by the book “No Shortcuts: Organizing for Power in the New Gilded Age” by Jane F. McAlevey. We recognize that the fight for our liberation is a slow and intentional process. We want to use tangible methods that have worked in the past through the knowledge of experienced organizers.

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with fellow organizers, participate in interactive discussions, and connect with like-minded individuals committed to organizing for liberation. Sign-up as a group or individual at the link in our bio!

Together, we’ll reflect on how our community in and beyond Chicago has stood up against injustice and regather our collective strength that is necessary to win liberation.
