One Year of Genocide, One Year of Resistance: Vigil for Palestine

Content:

This October marks one year since the people of Gaza showed the world that the Palestinian people will continue to resist their continued displacement and dispossession by their colonizer. As we approach the one year mark of Israel's genocide on Gaza, we salute the steadfastness and resistance of the Palestinian people. We call for people across Chicago to come together to mark the anniversary of October 7th, to honor the tens of thousands martyred by the genocidal Israeli state, and to continue the ongoing struggle for a free Palestine!

While the U.S. ruling class prepares for the election of one of two war criminals, Harris or Trump, we must continue to deepen the struggle. We know, no matter who takes office, the genocide in Palestine will continue with an ongoing flood of aid and weaponry from the U.S. government.

We must make it politically and economically untenable for the U.S. ruling class to continue propping up the Zionist regime. Join us on October 7th for a vigil and march! The struggle continues until Palestine is free!
