Spring is here! 🌸🌱 And we’re hosting a Repro-Eco Seed Starting Day at Kumunda Garden in Woodlawn with everything you need to start growing + music, refreshments and plenty of free resources and supplies!

We will be planting seeds that support reproductive wellness, family first aid, food security and nervous system regulation. The seeds we plant together will go into the ground in May at Kumunda Garden and at Earl’s Garden Mae’s Kitchen! You are invited to plant, care for and eat from the garden(s) with us all season long <3

This event is free! Seeds and equipment will be provided by (Re)Birth Society and our amazing partners, Chicago United Solidarity Project (CUSP)!

We welcome donations to support our programs and services! Those who have the means are invited to donate. Every donation makes this program more accessible to ALL families, regardless of their current finances. We deserve this!

This is an inclusive and expansive space for families to feel included, cared for, and valued. All of our spaces are black-led, black and BIPOC centered, queer-friendly, and welcoming of all gender identities.
This space is intended for individuals who are committed to being respectful of and loving toward people of various races, genders, classes, relational preferences, religious-spiritual beliefs, etc.
By registering to be a part of this program, you are agreeing to these shared community values.
