Join housing and transportation advocates to be trained on essential tools for bringing your community vision to life! On Sunday May 10th we’ll be learning the building blocks of community organizing which you’ll be able to put into practice immediately. On May 31st we’re learning how to build a strategic campaign, so you can use your resources effectively to bring change. The organizing training will focus on bedrock tactics used for organizing in your community. Tools like 1-1 conversations, relationship building, identifying leaders and making ‘asks’. Chicago has a rich history of organizing so we’ll be drawing a lot on our local stories.
