AT THE GRILL:

Kelly Ijichi (she/her) Private Chef & Owner of Mom's - @Momschicago. Serving Japanese-American comfort food & specializing in pop-ups and private events.

Serving:

- Okonomiyaki Hot Dog: pickled ginger, bulldog sauce, tempura crumbs, kewpie
- Mac Salad
- Coconut Butter Mochi

Fred(he/they) is a Thai-American Chef, community herbalist, culinary consultant, and certified permaculture designer. He runs a Thai comfort food and apothecary pop-up called @YourThaiNeighbor with his partner and aims to make high quality food healthy, accessible, and community oriented.

Serving:

- Moo Ping and sticky rice: Grilled pork skewers glazed with coconut cream (gf)
- Spring jok: New Crop ST25 rice, ginger and ramp sauce, peas, sugar snap peas, silken tofu (gf, vegan)

Jasmine Sheth is a Mumbai-born chef, James Beard Grant winner and the force behind Tasting India — Chicago's premier Indian food brand and home of the first Indian chili oil in the US. She cooks the way India actually tastes: complex, layered and completely uncompromising.
