We’re just ONE MONTH AWAY from the Constitution Day Rally to Restore Second Chances—and we need you there.

On September 17, we’ll come together to call on Gov. JB Pritzker and Illinois lawmakers to take action on long-term incarceration and honor our state's constitutional commitment to rehabilitation and reintegration.

Hosted by Parole Illinois and Citizens for Elder Parole, the rally will demand meaningful solutions to extreme sentencing, including Earned Reentry (HB 2764)—a pathway to parole consideration for people who have served 20+ years and demonstrated that they are ready to come home.
