Say No to Police Violence
Posted by jesse.wright.write
Content: On Sunday Oct. 4, 2026, at West 24th St. and Rockwell St, an off duty CPD officer, Edgar Delgado Arroyo, opened fire into a crowd following a dispute with an individual. The officer fired from two weapons simultaneously, catching residents in the crossfire and resulting in multiple injuries requiring hospitalization. One neighbor had a bullet fly through her wall just inches away from her head when the unidentified officer fired into the crowd. Join us on October 20th outside the 10th district (19th and Homan) in protest against police violence and impunity! We will not allow Edgar Delgado Arroyo to terrorize our community! We demand: 2. Suspension without pay We are also echoing demands to curb police spending, eliminate police vacancies, or have police pay out their own hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements.
1. Edgar Delgado Arroyo’s immediate arrest for attempted murder
Down with police violence!
Up with the people’s power!
