Come with our Community Benefits Agreement coalition to a "Budget Engagement Roundtable" the mayor's office is putting on for the South Side. As the event is beginning, look around for lots of us there in yellow CBA shirts, and join us!

At the event, Mayor Johnson and officials will present on how the City's 2025 budget will be developed. Then they will have conversations with residents -- us! -- to get input on the budget. Let's go and advocate for fully funding the South Shore & 63rd And Blackstone CBA Housing Ordinance we want passed, for instance, funding grants for long-time owners to repair their homes and funding establishment of a City office to advocate for tenants.
