A Procession for Peace

The Elm Court Apartments behind the Chase banks in Bensenville, where almost all residents are Hispanic, have been terrorized by immigration officials with more than six visits from ICE. These agents have sown fear in mothers, children, and workers, and have targeted a group of indigenous youth from Guatemala because they don't speak English or Spanish. But fear must be faced! Enough!

Join us for a community procession with pastors from Bensenville, chures, Casa DuPage supporters, colleagues from across the area, and apartment residents to march, sing, unite, distribute know your rights cards, and run against ICE by strengthening the mutual support network of residents with the solidarity of local and regional clergy.
