Mexican Ambassador Torres Mendivil & Ald. Sigcho-Lopez at New Casa Aguascalientes Center this Saturday.

Ambassador Reyna Torres Mendivil, Consul General of Mexico in Chicago,
and 25th Ward Alderman Byron Sigcho-Lopez will join Jesus Serna, President of Casa
Aguascalientes Chicago, in opening their new Pilsen facility Saturday evening

At 6 PM this Saturday, January 24th Mexican Ambassador Reyna Torres Mendivil and Alderman Byron Sigcho-Lopez will assist in the grand opening of the new Casa Agua Calientes center at 1858 W. Cermak Road, 2nd floor in Chicago’s Pilsen neighborhood.

Joining them in brief remarks at the grand opening will be Representative Roselia Suarez Montes de Oca of the Mexican Chamber of Deputies and Casa Aguascalientes Chicago President Jesus “Chuy” Serna. While most of the program will be in a Spanish, a portion will be in English for the English-language media.

Due to predicted inclement weather, the ribbon-cutting will be held indoors, followed by a community celebration featuring a performance by beloved musician Celia Gallegos of Casa Aguascalientes Chicago.
