These programs are practical, skills‑based, and rooted in real conversations happening in our communities right now.

Learning Labs Series: What We Do
Our Learning Labs Series offers hands‑on workshops where volunteers, community leaders, and conversational activists come together to practice productive, empathetic dialogues with people holding different views.

These are safe, supportive spaces to experiment with approaches that reduce polarization and strengthen understanding across differences.
This four‑week workshop will help you argue less and influence more. Through interactive exercises and real‑world examples, you’ll practice how to: – Avoid argument traps

– Recover from “stuck” dialogs
– Steer conversations to “move the needle” in the right direction
– Preserve relationships while communicating values effectively

You’ll begin with non‑political topics and gradually apply your new skills to more challenging discussions—at home, at work, and in civic conversations. As these tools become second nature, your confidence and influence will grow, allowing your pro‑democracy voice to be both effective and authentic.
