n the United States, we are facing a reproductive health emergency as politicians pass restrictive and deadly laws that will result in death, illness, and oppression of people whose bodies can get pregnant and/or give birth. But this reproductive emergency is in no way limited to the US; everywhere that there is imperialism, racism, casteism, there will always be a reproductive emergency, because fascism is an attack on life, autonomy, and marginalized genders.

We want you all as community medics to continue to deepen your study, which is why this class will go beyond other reproductive classes you may have taken and go over the physiological aspects of reproduction and reproductive emergencies, and teach you how to respond within your scope of practice.
