Building your safety plan & Liberation Psychology.

We hope you’re doing well but the most likely scenario is that none of us are right now. Times are crazy and it’s been hard to get out of that slump. Join us this Friday January 31st from 5:30-6:30pm in the Black Cultural Center (2nd floor Addams Hall) for a workshop on safety plans for yourself and friends in addition to an intro to liberation psychology!

It may not seem like it at times but you are cared for, this space offers support and restorative care by community if you ever need a reminder of that! See you soon!
