Content: Benefit Show for Midwest Books to Prisoners featuring: $10 Bring books to donate for people behind bars! Here are some tips when it comes to donating books to us and what we are most lacking right now: Condition: For used books, the main concern is if they are "damaged", "stained", have stickers, writing/highlighting, etc, then unfortunately many prisons will not accept them due to heavy "war on drugs" restrictions. We know which prisons do or do not allow Hardcover books so those are OK to donate. Content: Generally the most popular requests that we need more of:
