Purpose of Rally

We are pushing our Representatives to hold firm and not bail out Republicans by voting for the funding bill.

This isn’t normal politics.This is harmful to all but the wealthiest among us. Trump is violating the Constitution by shutting down USAID, CFPB, Federal Funding. He is giving an unelected billionaire access to the Treasury and our personal information to accomplish the implementation of Project 2025.

Trump is enacting policies to demonize immigrants and eliminate their constitutional rights, signing orders to deny transgender people the care they need and limiting their freedoms, and targeting all DEI initiatives.

This is a coup, plain and simple. No votes to help fund the dismantling of our democracy.

We are asking our Representatives to: - Vote against any funding bills that do not have ironclad protection against the Trump-Musk financial coup, or that cut government spending to create tax breaks for billionaires. - Use their leverage and procedural tools to slow down House business and expose GOP complicity with the Trump-Musk coup.
